Embodied Rest

Held within the trusted framework of Anam Cara, Embodied Rest gently weaves together restorative support, breath awareness, meditation, Yoga Nidra, silence, and sound.
Rather than striving for relaxation, we create the conditions where the body and mind can gradually soften, allowing rest to unfold naturally.
As we root into the steady support beneath us, we may discover our own quiet experience of returning-to our breath, our bodies and the presence that has always been within us.
Each gathering follows a familiar rhythm—from arrival to support, presence, deep stillness, and integration—offering a steady container that invites trust and spaciousness.

Supported Yoga & Rest

However you’re arriving, this practice meets you where you are. Through accessible, supported movement, mindful breath, and restorative rest, you’re invited to reconnect with the steady support already within you.
Every posture is offered as an invitation and adapted to meet you where you are. We simply begin where you are, trusting that the body responds to kindness more readily than to striving.
Together, we create the conditions for the body to soften, settle, and feel supported, so that ease can emerge in its own time.
Tea Sit

Tea Sit is a contemplative gathering rooted in the simple practice of sharing tea.
Tea has long been a companion to stillness. By slowing enough to prepare, offer, receive and taste each cup, ordinary moments become an invitation to presence-and attention becomes an act of care.
Through the quiet ritual of preparing, serving, and receiving tea, we slow the pace, awaken the senses, and cultivate presence together. Silence and gentle conversation are woven naturally throughout each gathering, allowing the gathering to unfold without hurry.
There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else to be.

Rest & Ritual is a seasonal gathering inspired by the rhythms of nature and the quiet wisdom that emerges when we paying attention.
Each gathering gently weaves together embodied practice, meditation, journaling, tea, silence, and simple ritual, creating space to notice, reflect, and carry the gifts of the season into daily life.
Nature has long been one of our oldest teachers. By paying attention to the turning of the seasons, we often begin to recognize the seasons unfolding within ourselves.
Themes emerge throughout the year, inviting us into meaningful conversation with the natural world and our own unfolding lives.
